Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an ER Tech to assist registered nursing and care staff in delivering clinical care within a fast-paced emergency department in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Responsibilities include supporting peers, patients, and families, promoting service excellence, and communicating resource needs to leaders. Requires Florida licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ER Tech supports licensed nursing and care teams in clinical duties as allowed by licensure.
• Provides support to peers, patients, and their families.
• Maintains service excellence and a healing environment.
• Identifies and communicates needed unit resources or equipment to the appropriate person in charge.
