White Plains Hospital Inc. in White Plains, NY is seeking an ER Technician for a full-time Day shift (7 AM–7 PM) with Monday–Friday work and alternating weekends/holidays. The role supports RN-led care and helps with blood draws, monitoring, and patient transport.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of patient care, phlebotomy competency, and English communication. BLS within 6 months; de-escalation training within 1 year is required.

• Phlebotomy competency required.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• De-escalation training within 1 year for new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Record vital signs and monitor intake/output.
• Collect blood specimens and label correctly.
• Place patient on cardiac monitor and obtain EKGs.
• Assist with infection control and safety practices.
• Maintain supplies and assist with procedures in care areas.
• Collaborate with RN and providers in timely patient care.
