Qualifications

• Completion of STNA/CNA/Patient Care Technician training, nursing student with clinical rotation, or EMT Basic may be considered as relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• ER Tech performs technical and clinical tasks under RN supervision and delegated per Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.
• HUC coordinates unit communication, data entry and stocking/ordering of supplies; provides clerical support to physicians and staff.
• Provides direction to patients, families and visitors to promote a positive patient experience, under RN oversight.
• Tasks are performed in coordination with the RN and other team members.
