Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current EMT Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) if required by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Technician assists with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients.
• Maintains a safe environment under RN supervision.
