Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies while coordinating activities of the care team.

You will maintain standards of practice, participate in professional growth, and ensure quality nursing care across units. Georgia license, BCLS, and unit-specific certifications are required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing; RN license in Georgia required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for certain roles or units.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
