Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join our Pendleton, OR team. The role involves triage, trauma and urgent care, with night and mid shifts available and flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Required ADN or higher in nursing and active RN license; 1+ year ER experience preferred; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred; strong critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills; you will operate medical equipment and participate in code

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
