Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform treatments.
• Document care accurately and monitor patient condition with the care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate transfer, discharge, and referrals.
• Educate patients and families, addressing learning needs and cultural considerations.
