Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing within 24 months of hire.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license in Texas upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR, within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate patient care is provided in a cost-effective and patient-focused manner.
• Formulate nursing diagnosis and goals based on ongoing assessments.
• Document care in patient and unit records according to standards.
• Provide information on Pain Management, Nutrition, Skin Integrity, and Discharge instructions.
• Commit to goals and values of the patient, hospital, and nursing profession.
• Participate in research activities and collaborate with Outcomes managers.
