Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department in Guthrie, OK. This PRN position offers flexible hours and rotating shifts in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting.

The RN will work with a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio, provide comprehensive nursing care, and collaborate with Therapy to ensure smooth patient recovery and discharge planning. Orientation covers ACLS/BLS if needed, with Mercy benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Six months of experience as LPN or RN preferred, none required

Responsibilities

• Provide registered nursing care in a busy Emergency Department
• Collaborate with Therapy to coordinate patient care and facilitate recovery
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality care
