Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state with CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepare nursing processes including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust as needed to meet goals of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for care planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
