First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem shifts in North Carolina. You’ll select shifts that fit your availability and join a local team offering competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling.

Position requires active RN license, at least 2 years in acute-care ER, BLS and ACLS, with credentialing support and rapid-pay options. Per diem work allows you to balance duties with personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
