Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Service. Provide nursing care and document care using the nursing process in collaboration with the care team.
• Planning & Communication. Develop care plans and communicate patient health status and progress.
• EHR Management. Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR with accurate documentation.
• Compliance. Adhere to department and system protocols and education requirements.
