Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in NYS.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data.
• Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services.
• Maintains adherence to safety, medication administration and documentation policies.
• Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation.
• Completes clinical research utilization (CRU) forms and CEU hours annually.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
