Job summary

AdventHealth Lake Placid, FL is hiring a Night Shift Registered Nurse with critical care experience. You will assess patients, plan and deliver care, administer medications, and monitor responses to therapies on a 7p–7a schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and Florida RN licensure with BLS. Cerner/EPIC EMR experience is a plus. Relocation/sign-on bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida is required.
• Experience in critical care settings is preferred.
• Excellent clinical and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring safety.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Respond to life‑threatening situations using protocol guidelines.
