Incredible Health is seeking an Emergency Department RN in the Tacoma, WA area for night shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. The position emphasizes trauma and urgent care with opportunities to work with diverse patient populations.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, possess an active RN license, and have 1+ year ER experience. ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred; strong teamwork and quick decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required or preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe conditions.
• Quickly assess needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer meds, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment.
