Job summary

Incredible Health in Orange, CA is hiring an Emergency Department RN to join a team providing urgent medical care for patients with trauma or severe conditions. Night shifts are available with full‑time, part‑time and per‑diem opportunities.

Candidates should hold an RN license, ADN or higher, with ER experience preferred. ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred; strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential to prioritize and execute care plans.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients’ needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
