Qualifications
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse (Michigan).
- CPR certification current.
- BSN preferred.
- 25 hours of continuing education with at least 2 hours in pain & symptom management in the two-year renewal period.
Responsabilités
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Document patient care and status in the electronic health record.
- Administer medications and treatments as authorized by state licensure.
- Ensure safety, quality improvement, and effective communication within the care team.
