Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor Pool Nights in the Emergency Department. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients under ED leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safe transitions.
• Educate patients and families, document care and discharge plans.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and prioritization to maintain quality patient care.
