Job summary

Exceptional Health Care is seeking an experienced ER Nurse (Night Shift) for our NEW Community Hospital. You will provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department with initiative, flexibility, and accountability under minimal supervision.

We require ER RNs to triage safely and rapidly, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with ED physicians to ensure timely, quality care. The role includes 12-hour night rotations, weekend work, and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of ER experience (preferred) and/or ICU.
• Current nursing license and BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize care based on patient needs and flow.
• Communicate changes with ED physicians.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Maintain ER policies and procedures.
• Provide direct patient care and document care.
• Perform head-to-toe and triage assessments.
• Educate patients and families about pain management.
