Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within six months; 1 year of experience preferred; ASLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
• Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
• Develops, implements, and revisions interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
