Corewell Health's Taylor Hospital in Taylor, MI is seeking an experienced RN to provide professional nursing care within the Emergency Center. You will apply the nursing process, partner with patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to plan and discharge.

The role requires an Associate or Diploma in Nursing, MI RN license, BLS, ACLS/TNCC/ENPC training or progression, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 5 years for new grads.
• MI RN license required; NCLEX must be passed.
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC as noted.
• Specialty certification encouraged within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Partner with patients/families to plan and discharge.
• Collaborate with the care team per Corewell Health policies.
• Document education and learning in the health record.

Education

MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required

NCLEX licensure examination

Basic Life Support (BLS)

ACLS within 6 months

TNCC within 1 year

ENPC within 15 months

Specialty Certification recommended within 2 years
