Centerpoint - Winchester is hiring an Emergency Services Registered Nurse for a 3x12 night schedule (7p-7a). The role emphasizes high-acuity patient care in a 22-bed ED environment, with a two-year commitment bonus of $10,000.

You will join Lifepoint Health's ED team, delivering plan-of-care interventions, documentation, and coordination with staff and families to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• ACLS and PALS qualifications preferred.
• One year ER RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided accurately.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to the care team and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinates transfers, discharges, referrals and psychosocial support.
• Educates patients and families based on age and culture.
• Advocates for patient well-being and participates in quality improvement.
• Provides flexible coverage across shifts/units as needed.
