Job summary

LMH Health in Kansas seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care per established policies and procedures. You will coordinate care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and coordinate discharge planning while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and continuous professional development within a supportive team environment. The schedule includes 3p-3a shifts across three weekly shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing or diploma
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) with possible ACLS/PALS waivers
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families to support decision making.
• Communicate and collaborate with the clinical team to implement and monitor care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate patient-centered care with inter-professional team for quality outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered nursing care including safety and evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to lifelong learning and governance.
