Norton Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient- and family-centered care in an inpatient setting in Indiana. The RN will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, develop and evaluate care plans, and mentor newer nurses as part of a collaborative team.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced RNs. Ongoing education and staff development are emphasized, with opportunities for Zoom information sessions and participation in a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• Diploma or Associate Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (IN).

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members.
