Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring a Full-Time Permanent Emergency Room RN for a leading acute care hospital in Salem, VA. This position offers competitive pay, shift differentials, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $1,500, and multiple shift options.

You will triage and deliver emergency nursing care for patients of all ages, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ER, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience.
• Cross-training for Night Shift only for Med-Surg RNs.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Active Virginia RN License or Compact RN License required.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
