First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Per Diem opportunities offer daily pay with RapidPay Card and options for evening and night shifts, with staffing coordinators available across long hours. You can work as little as one shift per month if desired.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
