Job summary

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, is seeking dedicated Emergency Nurses to lead patient care in a fast-paced trauma/ED environment. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with physicians and a broad medical team, and support patient-family engagement in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Experience: One year relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure/ Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Support professional growth through certifications and ongoing education such as TNCC and pediatric/behavioral health cross-training.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, belonging and safety for patients and colleagues.
