Job summary

Incredible Health in West Bradenton, FL seeks an Emergency Department RN to provide urgent care, triage, and treatment for trauma and medical emergencies. The role involves quick assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to plan care.

The ideal candidate has an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and ER experience. ACLS/PALS preferred. Eligible for diverse shift coverage including day, night, and mid shifts.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense for patients needing urgent care.
• Treat trauma, injuries, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer meds, operate equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.
