Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in the Cedartown, GA area. Nurses with ER experience across trauma settings are encouraged to apply, with day, night, and mid shifts plus both full-time and part-time job types.

The role involves rapid patient assessment, trauma care, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to develop care plans. Hospitals in the network offer teaching environments and strong patient-care culture.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care.
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or admitted.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
