Incredible Health Hospitals in Macon, GA are actively hiring Emergency Department Registered Nurses. ER nurses with experience in trauma, fast track, transport, or psychiatry is encouraged to apply.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, 1+ year ER experience, ACLS/PALS preferred, and strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Shifts include day, night, and mid; offers full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
