Sanitas in Orlando, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for a full‑time, on‑site role in a fast‑paced outpatient facility. The RN will perform triage, administer medications, and coordinate care across PCCs and lab/radiology teams to improve patient flow and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license with ACLS and PALS, at least 3 years in critical care settings, and can work 12‑hour shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3+ years’ ICU/ER experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Active Florida RN license or compact license with Florida eligibility.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently in a busy medical environment and stand for extended shifts (up to 12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Complete orders for a range of patients from minor to acutely ill.
• Perform triage and discharge duties, including critical needs identification.
• Manage medications and document administration and records.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into the system accurately.
• Provide wound care, splinting, dressings, and basic procedures per protocols.
• Perform EKGs/cardiac monitoring and recognize arrhythmias.
• Coordinate with PCCs, lab, and radiology teams to ensure smooth care.
• Support clinic operations and maintain information security practices.
