Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center – Collier campus is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role involves 3x12 shifts (7 PM–7 AM) with opportunities including a student loan contribution up to $20k and comprehensive incentives for full and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and provide patient-centered care.
• Experience in ED or acute care preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
