Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its ER team. The RN will coordinate patient assessments, plans, and care delivery in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Shifts are 3x12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM. A student loan contribution of up to $20k is offered along with medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching incentives for full- and part-time roles. Candidates should have Florida RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state of Florida or compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in emergency/acute care settings is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered emergency nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response; document per standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
