Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care in the Emergency Department, coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote and restore health.

The role reports to the Nurse Manager and ultimately the Chief Nursing Officer, with an anticipated hourly range of $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will reflect experience, skills, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NH license and active RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of RN ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with and supervise assigned staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Offer physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Report to Nurse Manager and ultimately the Chief Nursing Officer.
