The Staff Nurse at Piedmont Augusta Hospital provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, using established nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The role operates within organizational policies and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.

She/he coordinates patient care activities of all assigned staff to maintain quality nursing care and ensure standards of practice are met across the unit.

Formación

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Georgia RN licensure and BCLS required; advanced certification preferred where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Act within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality care.
