Job summary
BayCare is hiring an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a full-time role at Bardmoor Free Standing ER in Largo, FL. The RN will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ER, following nursing processes and collaborating with the health-care team. Qualified candidates hold an RN license and nursing degree (ASN/BSN), with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
1 year ER experience is preferred. Shift 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM, every other weekend, on-site with competitive benefits and career growth
Qualifications
- RN license is required.
- ER nursing experience is preferred (1 year).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. The candidate should have a nursing degree (ASN/BSN).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a hospital ER setting.
- Delegate nursing tasks to other team members as appropriate.
- Assess, plan, and update patient care plans with families and care team.
- Monitor patient vitals, respond to emergencies, and document care.
- Maintain adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.
