Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience (required).
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and closely monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and changing priorities.

Skills

Active California RN license

Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
