Job summary

- Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care
- Assesses patient pain and manages pain control
- Performs procedures, monitoring, and documents care in the medical record
- Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs
- Educates patients, families, and caregivers about condition, plan of care, medications and self-management
