Job summary

MercyOne Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time 12-hour night shift in a fast-paced emergency department. You will perform rapid assessments, develop care plans, deliver timely interventions, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, Iowa or compact-state RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications. BSN preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs Rapid and Comprehensive Assessments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
