Job summary

MercyOne Health System in Iowa seeks a Part-time Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Nursing team. The role focuses on rapid assessments, emergency care planning, timely interventions, and coordinating care across disciplines.

Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, current Iowa RN license or compact state license, BLS and ACLS certifications; BSN preferred. Schedule is 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30), mainly Monday–Thursday with occasional weekends and holiday rotation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
