Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is accepting applications for a Part-time Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department. The role involves rapid and comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing emergency care plans, delivering timely interventions, and coordinating care for multiple patients.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing, Iowa RN license or compact licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• BSN is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in nursing required .
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing( BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RNlicense or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required .
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
