The ER at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking an experienced RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate care with physicians and the care team, assess patients promptly, advocate for patients and families, and support exceptional clinical outcomes.

Formación
- Current RN license valid in Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
- 1+ year ER RN experience required.
- ACLS, BLS, NVCI, PALS within specified timelines.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and maintains licensure.
Responsabilidades
- Assess patient pain regularly and implement effective pain management.
- Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered by physicians.
- Document care in the electronic medical record accurately and promptly.
- Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs proactively.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
