Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across units, with shifts across the Martin North, Martin South, and Tradition locations. You will work with patients and families, coordinating care and education while partnering with a dedicated health care team.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIH Stroke Scale within the last year, and at least two years in Emergency Department settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS or ALS and PALS certifications through appropriate certifying bodies.
• NIH Stroke Scale performed within the last year.
• Minimum two years of recent Emergency Department experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Nursing Practice standards.
• Perform admission assessments within defined timeframes.
• Assess and document patient pain levels per protocol.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and health team to prioritize problems.
• Develop and implement plans of care with other disciplines.
• Monitor patient condition and effectiveness/timeliness of care.
• Update plans to achieve expected outcomes.
