Sierra View Medical Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for bedside care on-site in California. The role requires current CA RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS, MICN within 2 years or before being assigned as Charge RN, and CPI certification within one year.

Qualificações

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence if required.
• The RN must maintain BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications as required, and MICN within 2 years or prior to Charge RN assignment.
• CPI certification or obtain within one year of assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, treat and care for patients across ages, using the Nursing Process and holistic approaches.
• Perform unit-specific nursing skills and ensure Plan of Care aligns with Medical and Nursing plans.
• Safely administer medications and troubleshoot equipment per policy.
• Document and communicate patient status changes to physicians and health care team.
• Maintain adherence to Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals.
• Demonstrate infection prevention standards and chart documentation accuracy.
