Responsibilities

1. Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
2. Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
3. Manage multiple cases, prioritize needs, and provide follow-up care and referrals.
4. Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, maintaining patient focus and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma.
• BLS certification prior to start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days.
