First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Virginia Beach. Shifts include 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with flexible scheduling and daily pay options via RapidPay.

Join a locally owned team providing support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM. Candidates must hold an active RN license, have at least 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience, and possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
