Kettering Health in Springfield, OH seeks a Respiratory Therapist II for the Emergency Room to provide high-level clinical respiratory care under supervision.

The role involves adhering to cardiopulmonary care standards, documenting records, and potential lead responsibilities; requires graduation from an AMA-approved program and current Ohio license with RRT credential, ACLS, PALS/NRP as applicable.

Formación

• Graduates of a 2-4-year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
• Active AARC member with acute/critical care knowledge related to cardiopulmonary diseases.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high level clinical respiratory care under indirect supervision as assigned by supervisor or team leader.
• Demonstrate leadership by supporting network initiatives and modeling KHN mission, vision and values.
• Perform respiratory procedures for all age groups as defined by campus policy.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment in applying policies and procedures.
• Maintain productivity and ensure accurate documentation of records.
• Occasionally serve as Lead Therapist, shift Team Leader, or clinical Instructor.
