LanceSoft is hiring a dedicated Emergency Department RN in Florida to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. Eligible candidates bring acute care ER experience and Florida RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS completed within 30 days of hire.

The role offers night and evening shifts with rotating weekends, a night differential, weekend differential, sign-on bonuses, and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience.
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and treat patients in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Respond effectively to emergency and critical care situations
