Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ED - Emergency Department in San Antonio, Texas. This is an ongoing Staff position with potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree. REQUIRED LICENSURE: Texas State RN license; BLS; ACLS/PALS within 60 days of hire; TNCC/ENPC as applicable; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC preferred or must be completed within specified periods.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients based on matching needs with competencies.
• Completes established competencies for the position within the introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned.
