Job summary

Cullman Regional is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hartselle Emergency Department in Hartselle, AL 35640. This PRN - .3 position will provide individualized patient care, with documentation, case-management coordination, and a focus on safety and patient experiences.

Requirements include an Alabama RN license with an Associate's degree, BSN preferred, and at least one year of experience. ACLS certification within 1 year, plus strong communication and computer skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing and AL state licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
